    Miriam’s House was born from the Promises Foundation vision to create a home where families can reunite, find safety, and build peace.

    The process of recovery is a long one requiring resources across a diverse cross sector of agencies and services.

    Miriam’s House helps women get the support they need to stay sober, become good parents and develop in to productive members of society.

    Our Mission

    Keep families together, provide comprehensive services and programs to keep our moms on the right path, and give our mothers the skills and training to gain employment, further their education, and acquire independent housing.

    To provide the women of Miriam’s House with a safe, stable environment in which they can, raise their children, become self-empowered, economically responsible, and productive members of society.

    Our Goals

    When Mom’s graduate out of Miriam’s House their journey is not finished. In order to reduce the risk of relapse we work to ensure our families stay united and continue to develop.
